WE GOT A HOME!!

Well, it is official. After a long morning of offers and counter-offers we've finally met an agreement with the sellers of a home here in Topeka. We got it! I plan on having a huge posting upcoming when I have some time or when we are settled down in the home. I'll post up pictures, talk about our experiences, etc... Now, we have a massive amount of paper work, inspections, appraisals, etc... To take care. The closing date is April 10, so by then we'll have the house to move into at that time. Keep a look out. I plan on posting other posts as well, but I'll dedicate one big on to this.

On another note, I've got three interviews this week, and should have a 4th coming up here in the next week or two. It's an exciting and busy time. As for me, I've got to get back to working on school stuff. I've been putting off my assignment due tonight for too long and gotta get it done. Post to you all later.
